众人笑作一团。
白长路和利慎远走在一起说道：“利总，不知道该怎么感谢你。”
“一直以来笠饮的问题就在于管理仍停留在初创阶段。而西涛集团有完善的管理体系，正好能够弥补笠饮管理体系缺失的短板。你作为未来的新笠饮的董事长和小股东，可要按照西涛的管理体系照章办事，不能再总想着兄弟义气。”
“那是当然！其实原来我是老板，一切都是我说的算，面对兄弟的要求，也是没办法拒绝。现在有西涛这个大股东后面监督着，我也有借口和兄弟们有理说理了。”
“希望你们整合顺利，西涛可以带领笠饮走得更远。”
“一定会的！”
说话间人们已经走到了西涛集团的门口，清晨的第一缕阳光，如丝般细腻，穿过楼宇间的缝隙，洒在利慎远等人的身上。微风吹过，带来了花朵的香气，让人心旷神怡。
郗同文深呼吸，伸了伸懒腰，微笑着看着利慎远，四目刚好相对。
利慎远转头对白长路和任年说道：“剩下交给我们吧。”
利慎远回到公司，陈凯和几个人迎了上来，兴奋而激动地说道：“利总，我们都看到笠饮的公告了，西涛集团以50元的价格协议收购白长路和咱们手中，笠饮51%的股权。”
利慎远笑了笑。
陈凯继续说道：“所以目前是西涛持有51%，白长路和江州政府各持有15%，咱们持有11%，市场上还流通8%。”
潘建文感慨道：“这股票，被我们买得几乎没有流动了。”
Kevin说道：“其实我们压力也不小，毕竟我们这段时间不计成本的扫货，很多股票的成本都在50元以上。”
陈凯笑着说道：“没关系，别忘了还有那群空头呢！他们空单超过10%，今天就要平仓了，只能从我们这里天价收购！”
利慎远看了看郗同文，说道：“走吧，去香港，是该见见老熟人了。”
利慎远、郗同文和陈凯来到香港的一间写字楼的会议室中，几个穿着精致的白人已经在会议室等待着。
中间坐着的人，金发碧眼，外表英俊而得体，但仔细观察，他的嘴角似乎挂着一丝微笑，但那微笑中却充满了冷漠和傲慢。
“Hi，Lee。”
“Hi，David。”
利慎远看似友善地与他握了握手，郗同文从言语间也明白此人正是David Johnson。
David Johnson看了看郗同文和陈凯，然后率先做了一下介绍：“This is my team.（这是我团队的成员。）”
利慎远也顺势介绍了一下：“These two are fund managers of Peninsula Fund, Ms. Xi and Mr. Chen.（这两位是半岛基金的基金经理，郗女士和陈先生。）”
David Johnson看了看两人，礼貌地微笑了一下，但笑容依然带着不屑和轻蔑。他对三人说道：“Have a seat, please.（请坐！）”
利慎远等人大大方方缓缓坐下后，利慎远如David Johnson一样，将身体向后一靠看着他，等待他说话，就这样双方陷入了有些尴尬的宁静之中。
David Johnson见状不得不先开口，说道：“Lee， you must know, you chose the wrong path.（你知道吗？你选择一条最错误的道路。）”
“So what about the outcome?（所以结果呢？）”
“You have betrayed Charles, and if you go against us, you will definitely pay a price. Have you forgotten Alice?（你失信了Charles，并且你与我们作对，一定会付出代价，你是不是已经忘了Alice？）”
利慎远像是听不懂一般，继续看着David Johnson。

“Are you joking?（你在开玩笑吗？）”利慎远冷笑道。
“OK，HKD 80, is it very reasonable at the current price?（80港币，按照现在的价格，非常合理了吧？）”
利慎远看着David Johnson没有说话，就这么看着他，等待着更高的价码。
David Johnson看着利慎远不满足的眼神，吼道：“You know, I can move my position to another month, postpone the delivery date, and continue to short!（你知道，我可以移仓换月，把交割日推迟，继续做空！）”

利慎远不慌不忙站起身来，陈凯和郗同文也站了起来，三人向门外走去，就当他们走向门外时，David Johnson还是从身后，轻声说了句：“Deal.（成交。）”
利慎远与David Johnson签署了协议，握了握手。
David Johnson失落地说道：“This may be our last meeting.（这或许是我们最后一次见面。）”
“I think so too.（我想也是。）”
临走时，利慎远顿了顿，回身走到David Johnson面前，不再是那一直谦逊和严谨的姿态，故作颐指气使地说道：“By the way, there's something I've been forgetting to remind you of.（对了，有件事儿我一直忘了提醒你。）”
“Remind of what?（什么？）”
“I'm not Alice, and this is not Wall Street either.（我不是Alice，这里也不是华尔街。）”利慎远看了看窗外维多利亚港的风景，说道：“This is China.（这里是中国。）”说完几人转身离开。
